Writing

I've been a Word Nerd my entire life! I've been writing and editing creative non-fiction and comedy for 15+ years. I've ghostwritten for Huffington Post, Seventeen Magazine, Marie Claire, Glamour, and Frommer's Travel Guides, USA. Heavy developmental edits for a best-selling non-fiction author too!

Drumming

I grew up in the middle of the Los Angeles post-punk scene and played drums in the all-girl deathrock band Super Heroines. I recorded the album "Love and Pain" and appear on various compilations.

 Radio 

After improv training with Kathy Griffin at the Groundlings School in LA, I left for the east coast to DJ for WEQX in Manchester, Vermont. I then co-hosted & co-created the "Darwin and Cat Radio Show" on WZMR - Albany, New York.

Reality TV

I appeared on ABC TV's "Wife Swap."  I was a "shock jock" who traded lives with a pet cremator. I am now divorced from Edward and cannot answer questions for him, but I still get email about this episode. Yes, it was real. No, there was no script. Yes, it was a bit crazy to do this show. But it was fun and I met some great people!

Today

I live in SoCal with my husband, Erik, who is a rad drummer and a super cute computer nerd. I love UFOs, the desert, and I believe Bob Lazar. Erik and I have a blended family of 3 kids and an abundance of rescue cats.
